Growing up in Italy, Stefania played a wide range of team sports.
At the age of 15, she discovered the world of fitness and it was “true love”!
Graduating in 2001, Stefania now teaches in a number of gyms in Italy.
In 2015, she moved to France and quickly obtained her diploma equivalence.
In 2017, she joined the L’Orange bleue network, discovered Yako, trained in the different concepts\u2026.and fell in love with the Pilates method.
In 2024, she joined the Yako Pilates team as an elite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
